Dear Classmate:

We have just finalized the plans for our 50th Class Reunion, and we hope you are as excited about the proposed festivities as we are.  Also, we are constantly updating the website www.nqhs58.com, and are working on a new directory, so please provide us with your updated photos even if you are not able to join us.

We have planned a weekend of activities (see the attached schedule) which should provide everyone an opportunity to interact with old friends and tour old hangouts.  Our home base will be the Best Western Adams Inn, 29 Hancock Street, Quincy.  Rooms have been held for our class at the rate of $140 per night.  To book your room, call 1-800-368-4012 and ask for the NQ58 group rate.

PLEASE NOTE that we have a deadline to notify the Adams Inn of the number of guests we expect to be at the reunion of September 12^th.  It is important therefore that if you haven’t sent your checks to Dottie Bruton Miller to do so before September 12^th.   We also need to know what you will be having for dinner from the three (3) choices noted below.  As you will note on the attached schedule we are planning a tour of the high school and the city by trolley and we need to have a count of the number of classmates and guests that will be taking the tour so we can arrange for enough trolleys.  Finally, if you plan on going to the clambake we need your check for that event.

 Dear Classmate:

We have just about finalized plans for what we expect to be a very exciting 50th Class Reunion, and we hope you will be there to share in the festivities.  We are working on a new directory, complete with updated photos.  Please fill in the contact form and return it as soon as possible either by printing and mailing it, or submitting it via e-mail.

 The Committee is continuing to work towards making the reunion a complete weekend.  We would like to hear from you regarding any activity you might be interested in participating in.  Some of the activities planned to date include:

Friday, October 10, 2008:

Hospitality Room at the Adams Inn: noon Friday to noon on Sunday. 

 This will be the place to catch up with old friends.  Refreshments will be available.

Clambake: 6-8 p.m.

Anticipated Cost: $50/pp

 Saturday, October 11, 2008:

Breakfast at Wheelhouse Diner, Hancock St., North Quincy (optional)

Lunch at Marina Bay, Squantum (optional)

Cocktail Reception: 6 p.m. at Adams Inn

Dinner Served: 7:30 p.m. at Adams Inn

Choice of: baked stuffed chicken, baked haddock, or grilled prime rib of beef

We also will have a DJ for your entertainment

Anticipated Cost of Dinner for Saturday evening:  $70.00/pp
